Chelsea is an amazing realtor! We moved from NJ, so I knew the traveling back and forth would be a lot. Chelsea went above and beyond to make this move happen as smoothly as possible. She always answered my phone calls/texts in a timely fashion. If she was unsure of something, she found the answer and got right back to us. The most challenging part was the closing because I had already come down twice in one week and could not come down the following week for the closing. She took care of everything from beginning to end, and even did the final walk-through inspection and made sure everything was perfect the way she knows I wanted it. She attended the closing for us and made sure the closing attorney had executed power of attorney on our behalf so we would not have to fly down again before we officially moved.
